Common questions
Do cell signal boosters work with no signal at all?
No. A booster strengthens an existing signal, so it needs some usable signal outside. We can check the signal on site before recommending one.
Which cell signal booster brands do you install?
We install WeBoost and SureCall boosters and choose the model that fits your building and signal.
Can you install a booster in a house, camp, office, shop or warehouse?
Yes. We install boosters in houses, camps and cottages, offices, shops, and warehouses or other large buildings.
Can you install a booster in a truck, car, RV or boat?
Yes. We install boosters in trucks, cars, RVs and boats.
Can you fix cell coverage in a basement or a metal building?
Yes. We install boosters for basement coverage and metal buildings, and use an outdoor antenna on a mast or pole where needed.
Can you fix or tune a booster I already have?
Yes. We fix and tune existing cell signal boosters.
Cell network updates
Heard your cell towers are changing?
Cell companies are upgrading their networks and retiring older 3G service. Your existing booster might still work just fine. We'll check before recommending a replacement.

Not necessarily. Many older boosters still amplify bands used for LTE and certain 5G services. We can check the existing booster and the local signal before recommending a replacement.
Does a 5G booster improve every 5G signal?
No. Boosters only strengthen the specific frequency bands they support. Measuring the signal at the property helps identify a compatible solution.
What about Elliot Lake and St.-Charles?
Networks can differ from one property to the next. Rogers acquired additional 5G spectrum in the Elliot Lake licence area in 2026, but that doesn't confirm an upgrade date for a specific tower. Local testing tells us what can actually be boosted today.
